In addition to the medical screenings and New Direction beverages, Clients will be offered a menu of services including:

  • Body composition test
  • Consultations with a physician, therapist, behaviorist or registered dietician
  • A consultation with our exercise physiologists
  • Referral to exercise programs\
  • To assist you with maintaining your success, OTC Medical group offers a wide variety of meal plans for on-going use of meal replacements

As an OTC client, you'll qualify to purchase New Direction beverage (available only from authorized physician practices) as meal replacements for long-term weight maintenance. You may purchase two beverages per day at a cost of $3.75 per beverage.

This quantity is safe to consume on a continuous or as-needed basis with appropriate nutrition in the rest of your diet. In addition to the shakes, we offer a variety of bars and other medically formulated, high-quality meal replacement products that will work with your beverages and recommended diet.

You’ll also receive an informational package on how to use meal replacements and a list and analysis of commercially-available products found in grocery and health-food stores.
