• Take all your prescribed New Direction meal packets each day.

• Take an extra New Direction meal packet if needed.

• Put New Direction meal packets everywhere! Car, home, office, purse, briefcase, gym bag….

• Limit your access to food.

• Clean out the house: Remove all food you can’t have or can’t resist.

• Set up your own shelf with everything you can have: New Direction meal packets, bouillon, fiber gelatins, sugar free flavored water, diet sodas, sugar free gum, etc…

• Make deals with your family, enlist their support.

• Drink all your water.

• Increase your physical activity.

• Put yourself first. Make this program a priority.

• Call the Hernried Center for advice and/or support.
