What is the 4-Step exercise program?

We highly encourage all of our clients to use this program. We’ll help you break free from a sedentary lifestyle with enjoyable exercises and tools that measure the exact number of calories you need each day to maintain your goal weight. How does it work?

Starting and keeping a regular exercise routine can be intimidating and challenging. Our weight-loss specialists will help you each step of the way with encouragement, individualized exercise routines and all the tools you need to succeed including a custom online portal. This portal makes tracking your progress—and seeing your results—convenient and easy. Here is how the entire program works:

  1. Week 1
    During your first week, our weight loss specialists plan an exercise routine especially for you and your individual needs. We understand how difficult it is to establish long-lasting exercise habits, so we want to develop a custom program that you’ll enjoy.
  2. Weeks 2 and 3
    Weeks two and three are focused on establishing a new routine, giving you a strong foundation for the weeks ahead.
  3. Weeks 4 to 9
    Together with our weight loss specialists, you’ll slowly increase your intensity, duration or frequency of your exercise routine until you’ve reached your weight loss goal.
  4. Week 10 and beyond
    Once you’ve reached week ten, you are well on your way to achieving your goal weight. Simply maintain your exercise routine and healthy diet and watch your body transform and your overall health improve.

  • First appointment ­– Initial 60-minute consultation
    This appointment includes a thorough discussion about your exercise history, weight-loss progress and any significant personal details that will affect your fitness plan.
  • Second appointment – Body composition analysis
    Our advanced measurement equipment uses an ultrasound to determine the exact makeup of your body, which helps us determine your precise goal weight.
  • Third appointment – Resting energy expenditure (REE)
    Once you’ve reached your goal weight, this test will accurately measure the number of calories you need to consume each day to maintain your weight.
